Hello! In today's episode I discuss what I learned training with the famous Lou Perrotta. He has been training individuals in Southern California for over 45 years. He trained with Arnold Schwarzenegger when coming to California when he was 17 years old. I had the opportunity to be trained by him and also have a long discussion with him.
