I remember sitting in my apartment as 24 year old contemplating suicide.... I thought I had to live life in a certain way, constantly working, constantly doing and never showing my true emotions and who I actually was. While also dealing with an autoimmune condition doctors couldnāt find the answer to.Ā
I felt trapped within myself, going day by day feeling like I would never attain the life I dreamed of. I spent years on end trying to find ways to heal myself. I worked tirelessly to try different diets, breathing techniques, meditations, ceremonies, retreatsā¦ you name it, I tried it. Throughout this process I learned more and more about going inward to heal. Realizing that we have everything we need inside of ourselves to overcome any illness, limitation, disease or obstacle.
Fast forward four years: Iāve built a following of over half a million people, reached over 100 million people, quit my job as a fitness & nutrition coach, started my own business, become a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Energy Healer & Reiki Practitioner, held breathwork & healing sessions all over the world, spoken on podcasts with millions of listeners and worked with high level entrepreneurs & coaches from countless countries to help them heal and transform.

What allowed for this transformation? Doing the deep and uncomfortable work to let go of the traumas, limiting beliefs and fears I had within myself while also aligning my mind, body and soul to be able to express my true passions and mission.
