Why did we create One Heartbeat?

One Heartbeat Retreats were born from a vision Kore and Jake received in the heart of the Costa Rican jungle after 5 days of deep Somatic Healing —a vision of a world built on love, truth, and harmony with the Earth.

We saw clearly that our mission together is to bring people into one heartbeat—one breath, one frequency—so they can rise into their divine mission and serve the world from a place of deep alignment.

We created this container for those who feel the call to be leaders of the New Earth.

What You'll Experience

Nervous System Healing & Somatic Re-patterning

You will be held to release the weight of the past to step into your desired future. You will learn how to regulate and expand your capacity your nervous system capacity to hold more love, more abundance, and more life.

Nature’s Wisdom & Earth Connection

You will spend time immersed in nature. Not only in the home, but through hikes in the rainforest, waterfall immersions and time at the luscious Costa Rican beach.

Sacred Sound Healing & Energy Work

Kore will guide you through sound journeys and energy healing to create deep shifts—guiding you back into the resonance of your own soul.

Embodiment & Breathwork Practices

You will experience daily somatic & breathwork practices to open your body, release stored emotions, align with your highest self, and expand your energetic field.

Organic Nourishment

All of our meals will be locally-sourced, organic meals that honor your body and connect you to the Earth’s abundance. Prepared by a holistic private chef.

4:00 You head back to the house to shower and get ready for dinner

As a master breathwork facilitator, energy healer, and spiritual business mentor, he blends ancient healing practices with grounded strategy to help you embody your true essence and bring your divine mission to life. His journey has taken him through deep initiations—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—which now fuel his commitment to supporting others through radical transformation. Jake’s work opens the gateway to emotional liberation, nervous system healing, soul remembrance, and business alignment, empowering leaders, visionaries, and seekers to create New Earth from a place of truth, love, and sovereignty. Kore

Vocalist • Sound Healer • Energy Alchemist

Kore is a gifted channel of sound and frequency whose voice opens portals to remembrance, healing, and divine connection. As a sound healer, vocalist, and intuitive energy worker, she carries a resonance that moves beyond words—activating the heart, releasing emotional blockages, and guiding others back to the truth of who they are. Her medicine is subtle yet powerful, weaving together tones, harmonics, and vibrational healing that touch the soul at the deepest level. With a background in performance and a lifelong connection to Spirit, Kore now devotes her work to supporting others in their journey of awakening, embodiment, and emotional alchemy. At One Heartbeat Retreats, she anchors the sacred feminine frequency, leading participants through vocal sound baths, energetic healings, and practices that reconnect them to the intelligence of their own hearts.

You will be staying in a beautiful 1o person home in Uvita Costa Rica overlooking the Costa Rican Coastline.

The home is immersed in nature with a private waterfall, mountains, hiking and the rainforest all around it.
